Who we are:

• The Empire State Regional Council of Carpenters is an Affiliate of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC).

• We represent 15,000 carpenters across the State of New York from Montauk to Buffalo with the exception of the five boroughs of New York City who are covered by the NYC District Council of Carpenters.
