REGION 1 THE AMSTERDAM AT HARBOR HILLS The Amsterdam at Harbor Hills is located in Port Washington, Nassau County. It's an Assisted Living facility with over 500 apartments providing different levels of care. The job is being done under a Project Labor Agreement with the Nassau and Suffolk Building Trades. Pike Construction Co., LLC from New Jersey is the General Contractor, A & G Construction Corporation is the Concrete Contractor, and Interstate Drywall Corporation is the Carpenter Contractor. A & G Construction is nearing completion with a completion date sometime this summer. Interstate Drywall is up to 51 carpenters and is expected to peak at around 80 carpenters with a completion date at the end of 2010. We are told that the owners of the Amsterdam will be building their next assisted living in White Plains and are looking at two parcels of land on Long Island for future assisted livings with their eye open for even more property.
