Journeyman Upgrade Training

The Empire State Regional Council of carpenters is committed to the continuing education of our membership. Journeyman advancement training keeps our members up to date on the latest building techniques and allows our members to be more diversified. As a result our contractors are more competitive, they are able to acheive a higher level of quality and safety on their projects, and they able to utilize carpenters who are trained from the ground up and able to take a project from a hole in the ground to the CO.
