Joining the Empire State Regional Council of Carpenters give workers the opportunity to build a career, not simply have a job. In addition to helping workers achieve their basic rights on a job such as healthcare benefits and pensions as well as a good pay, the union has significant resources for further career training and the ability to give aid with any problems that may arise on the job.
