News Update

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2004 - Arraignment of Anthony Person - the Lowlife who Hit and Killed 2 of our Brothers and Injured 5 others. This hearing was attended by 20 members of the Empire State Carpenters Local Union #7.  The Suffolk County District Attorney demanded that bail be set at $500,000.00 cash bond.  Judge Hindricks agreed and the defendant will be held in Suffolk County Jail.  There will be a conference on Thursday, September 2, 2004
